Grossi Business Systems was founded in 1989 under the direction of Peter C. Grossi BSc., C.Eng., M.I.E.E., M.I.Q.A., who has been in the computer development industry since 1969.   6. Independent purchasing advice and support. WE DO NOT SELL OUR OWN EQUIPMENT or have financial interests in any other supplier, so we have no incentive to prefer a particular product or source of supply other than on technical and cost-efficiency grounds.
  7. System configuration, setting up and training at all levels for users, managers and support staff.
  8. Ongoing support on a scheduled basis or on-call, with dial-in capability, as best suits the needs and existing resources of each client.
