A particularly interesting feature of Java and these examples is that, because they are sent to the client computer, they continue running after the computer is disconnected from the internet. This means that you can load a page with any of the Java examples and then disconnect while you continue playing for as long as you want, without running up phone bills or connect charges! Now, there's clever.

Rubik's Cube	If you enjoy scrambling other people's cubes, you can practise here.This animation displays a cube and allows you to turn it round and rotate the faces. It also has a reset button, which I have never found on the real thing!
Shuffle Puzzle	Do you remember those old-fashioned puzzles where you shuffled little squares in a frame to make up a picture? There was one empty box which you used to move the squares into. This has been livened up by using the Welsh flag. It is not as easy as it looks. Try it!
